We're Hiring : Senior Estimator – Base Building Construction
📍 South Florida | Full-Time | General Contractor
Are you a seasoned estimator with a sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding of ground-up high-rise construction? Join a leading GC in South Florida delivering commercial, multifamily, and institutional projects from concept to closeout.
What You’ll Do :
- Lead full-cycle estimating for base building projects ($10M–$150M+)
- Analyze drawings, specs, and RFPs to produce accurate quantity takeoffs and cost estimates
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and internal teams to identify scope gaps and VE
- Build and maintain historical cost data and unit pricing
- Solicit, level, and negotiate subcontractor bids
- Prepare bid packages and support project handoff to operations
- Mentor junior estimators and improve internal processes
