A company is looking for an Inquiry Resolution Representative to research and resolve patient disputes while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate and resolve patient disputes, ensuring compliance with federal and state laws
Collaborate with patients, attorneys, and regulatory agencies to address and respond to disputed issues
Analyze disputes to determine appropriate resolutions and assist in identifying system / process issues
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of experience in the healthcare industry (preferably facility / provider)
College degree preferred but not required
Thorough understanding of federal and state laws such as HIPAA, FDCPA, and FCRA
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Ability to lift at least 10 pounds
