WHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILS :

As a Patient Treatment Coordinator, you'll travel between our Fort Myers and Bonita Springs offices and work a full-time schedule that includes :

• Days of Operation : Monday and Thursday from 9 AM to 5 PM, Tuesday and Wednesday from 8 AM to 6 PM, and a half day on Friday from 9 AM to 3 PM.
• Lunch Break : A 60-minute lunch break is provided during the workday.
• Ending Time : Typically, we finish our workday 15 to 30 minutes after our closing time.
• Daily Huddle : We hold a 15-minute team huddle every morning before the office opens.

We are seeking a Patient Treatment Coordinator to join our team and play a crucial role in enhancing the patient experience at our state-of-the-art healthcare facility. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, guiding them through their treatment journey, ensuring their comfort, and providing exceptional customer service. Your typical day will be filled with responsibilities like managing travel cards, assisting with progress exams, coordinating rehab treatments, and ensuring the smooth flow of patients. You'll be involved in patient education, treatment planning, consultations, diagnostic testing, and more. Your role is crucial in helping our doctors provide the best possible care!
