Bachelor's degree is preferred. Experience in ownership, delivering results, and a bias for action. Transportation Specialist
Join a dynamic team where innovation meets logistics as a Transportation Specialist. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing a world-class logistics process that ensures timely and cost-effective delivery of goods. You will engage in strategic design and practical implementation, requiring problem-solving, basic mathematics, communication, and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Identify and resolve performance score discrepancies for the Transportation Services network carrier base.
- Partner with teams to drive process improvements, enhance service, iterate technology, and improve carrier performance engagement and growth.
- Collaborate on the development and delivery of key programs, metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to drive business decisions across customer-facing programs.
- Pull data from numerous databases using Excel, QuickSight, Hubble, SQL, and other data management systems.

Work Environment
This position requires working 100% onsite with a shift schedule from Wednesday to Saturday. It offers a unique opportunity to learn and grow within a transportation team, providing an entry-level corporate role and a chance to support peak business periods.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nashville, Tennessee.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
