Transportation Specialist

You will engage in strategic design and practical implementation, requiring problem-solving, basic mathematics, communication, and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Identify and resolve performance score discrepancies for the Transportation Services network carrier base.
- Partner with teams to drive process improvements, enhance service, iterate technology, and improve carrier performance engagement and growth.
- Collaborate on the development and delivery of key programs, metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to drive business decisions across customer-facing programs.
- Pull data from numerous databases using Excel, QuickSight, Hubble, SQL, and other data management systems.
Essential Skills
1-3 years' experience in dispute resolution, transportation, customer service, or related field.Proficiency with Excel, including pivot tables, charts, and data cleansing.Strong written communication skills.Problem-solving and operations management.Ability to manage large data sets and use them to drive performance and process improvements.Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.Additional Skills & Qualifications
High school or equivalent diploma.1+ years of program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or equivalent experience.1+ years of management experience.Bachelor's degree is preferred.Experience in ownership, delivering results, and a bias for action.Work Environment
This position requires working 100% onsite with a shift schedule from Wednesday to Saturday. It offers a unique opportunity to learn and grow within a transportation team, providing an entry-level corporate role and a chance to support peak business periods.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
