Overview

Kelley Construction is a multi-faceted commercial and industrial general contractor licensed to perform work in many states across the United States. We offer a wealth of technical expertise in all areas of commercial construction including : restaurants, medical facilities, warehousing, fast food chains, large design-build expansions and general office renovation. We also have broad experience in industrial construction, from liquid storage and containment and petroleum related construction to pre-engineered metal buildings and concrete construction.

Responsibilities

• Maintain responsible construction schedule and budget
• Maintain a safe jobsite for all Kelley Construction and subcontractor employees
• Represent the company as Best-in-Class in job meetings with owners, architects, subcontractors and inspectors
• Ability to effectively use different computer software to complete daily tasks such as expense approval for receipts, pictures, email, site management, time entry, etc.
• Communicate with Kelley Construction office and project manager regarding jobsite requirements to maintain productivity, quality, and schedule
• Ability to communicate and coordinate with owner / client vendors when needed
• All other duties assigned by Field Operations Director

Minimum Requirements

Physical Demands

Ability to lift and carry up to 90 lbs. Must be able to climb and work from heights. Individual must be able to work in inclement weather conditions. Will be required to work around wood dust and fumes.
