At Dan Wood Plumbing, Heating and Electrical, all service and restoration electricians will be under the advisory of the Electrical Department Manager. This role supports the electrical department in both service and contract work to ensure proper repairs and code compliance are met in all completed work.

Key Accountabilities

Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic services on electrical concerns in both residential and commercial settings

Install electrical fixtures, components, and systems according to code

Assist in electrical upgrades in homes and businesses

Work with licensed and apprentice level electricians, providing guidance when required

Complete some work on exterior light fixtures that may involve extension ladders and scissor lifts.

Interact with residential and commercial customers to learn more about concerns, discuss resolutions and collect payment on site.

Desired Qualifications

Electrical licensure preferred

At least 3 years of in-field electrical experience

Knowledge of electrical codes and safety regulations

Can lift 50 lbs and work off a ladder or mechanical lift

Team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Specifications

Statue : Full Time, Non-exempt, Hourly

Working Hours : Monday-Friday 7 : 30am-4 : 00pm, some overtime hours
