Business Coordinator
We are seeking an enthusiastic Accounts Payable Specialist who will provide high-quality support and outstanding customer service to all areas of our organization, ensuring timely resolution of outstanding accounts payable invoices.
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned queue to ensure timely processing of vendor invoices.
- Process a high volume of workflows with accuracy.
- Review vendor invoices for linkage to purchase orders.
- Ensure three-way-match reconciliation of purchase order, goods receipt, and invoice is complete.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
- Follow processes, procedures, and internal controls.
- Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to increase efficiencies in the department.
- Maintain reliable and consistent attendance.
- Complete goods receipts and work with the procurement department.
Essential Skills
Strong customer service skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Experience with SAP / ERP systems.Ability to manage data entry, reconciliation, and invoice processing.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset.Professionalism and reliability.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.Experience in a professional setting with business support exposure.Positive attitude, energy, and willingness to learn.Collaborative team player with a strong sense of professionalism.Some accounting or finance experience is a plus.Leadership potential, with opportunities to advance to lead or supervisor roles.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $20.50 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
