Role : MS SQL DBA

Location : Boise, ID (Onsite)

Job type : Contract

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and troubleshoot MSSQL server, specifically Always On Availability Groups, Replication, and Clustering.
• Develop and implement backup and recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Test and validate backups to guarantee recoverability in case of failures with disaster recovery experience.
• Design and automate repetitive processes to streamline services and ensure consistency.
• Proficient in writing and optimizing SQL statements.
• Good hands-on PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Show good communication, decision-making, prioritization, negotiation, collaboration and project management abilities.
