Legal Secretary Opportunity

Are you or someone you know a detail-oriented, highly-organized individual? Qualified Staffing is currently hiring for a Legal Secretary in Hawkinsville, Ga. Hours : Monday Friday 8 : 30 am 4 : 30 pm. Pay : $17 / hour. Open Positions available : 1.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Arrange meetings for attorneys.
  • Draft, proofread, and file legal documents, including motions, letters, and contracts.
  • Maintain case files.
  • Interact with clients and other parties in person, by phone, and by email.
  • Perform legal and background research when needed.
  • Organize client conferences, files, and attorney meetings.

Qualifications :

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other word processing and spreadsheet software.
  • Familiarity with legal procedures and documentation.
  • Ability to use office equipment including computers, printers, scanners, and photocopiers.
  • Experience with Closing software such as RamQuest preferred.
