Key Highlights : Facility Overview : The facility receives approximately 36,000 patient visits annually, ensuring a dynamic and engaging work environment. The emergency department consists of 15 beds, providing ample space to deliver efficient patient care. Expect comprehensive coverage with 36 hours of physician coverage and 24 hours of Advanced Practice Provider (APP) support each day. Flexible Scheduling : Physician shifts include : Day Shift : 6 AM - 6 PM Evening Shift : 11 AM - 11 PM Night Shift : 6 PM - 6 AM The locum position requires flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends to meet the needs of the department. Opportunities to work at both the main hospital and affiliated Free-Standing Emergency Rooms (FSERs), enhancing clinical experience. Candidate Requirements : Ideal candidates must hold Board Certification in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM). Open to working at both the main hospital campus and affiliated FSERs. While the main campus may offer shifts less than 12 hours, affiliated FSEDs will require 12-hour shifts for locum providers.
