Administrative Coordinator
Selectek is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support daily operations and company events in a dynamic office / manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities :
- Support company events (holiday parties, retirements, team building, etc.)
- Answer incoming calls and greet visitors at the front door
- Coordinate travel (hotel and rental car bookings) for guests
- Assist in preparing standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Create and submit the company's quarterly newsletter
- Schedule meetings and appointments as needed
- Support visitors from HQ and affiliated companies
- Order office supplies, business cards, and uniforms
- Maintain inventory and restock vending machines
- Track petty cash and vending expenses
- Conduct daily forklift checklist verifications and monthly fire extinguisher checks
- Manage Delta SkyMiles accounts (missed miles, enrollments)
- Create purchase orders using the Quadient system
- Provide general administrative and facility support as assigned
Requirements :
Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in an office or manufacturing settingProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and / or Google WorkspaceStrong communication, organization, and time management skillsAbility to work a minimum of 30 hours per weekPositive attitude and willingness to support a wide range of tasksPay Rate : $22.00 - $24.00
