The Director of AI & ML is a senior leadership role responsible for defining and executing the organization’s enterprise-wide Artificial Intelligence (AI) strategy. This role will oversee the development, integration, and scaling of AI and machine learning (ML) initiatives to drive operational efficiency, business innovation, and competitive advantage across Integrity. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strategic acumen and the ability to collaborate across departments to ensure AI initiatives are aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership : Define and lead the organization’s enterprise AI strategy, aligned with broader digital transformation objectives.
• Strategic Leadership : Identify, prioritize, and champion high-impact AI use cases across various business functions (e.g., technology, sales, distribution, operations, finance, marketing, risk).
• Strategic Leadership : Drive AI adoption and digital innovation, transforming data into actionable insights and business outcomes.
• Strategic Leadership : Collaborate with executive leadership to develop AI-driven business models and solutions.
