Overview :

Quincy Medical Group (QMG) is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Advanced Practice Provider to join our Nephrology team in a leadership role. This is a unique opportunity for an APP who is passionate about kidney care and ready to step into a role that combines advanced clinical practice with team leadership and program development. As a key member of our nephrology service line, you will provide comprehensive kidney care to a diverse patient population across inpatient, outpatient, and dialysis settings, while helping guide the future of our team and care model.

Details :

  • Serve as a clinical lead within the nephrology team
  • Collaborate with nephrologists, nursing, care coordinators, and dialysis providers to ensure integrated, patient-centered care
  • Participate in developing and refining clinical protocols, workflows, and quality improvement initiatives
  • Assist in program coordination, such as transitions of care, home dialysis support, and CKD education programs
  • Enjoy a 4.5 day workweek : No weekends or evenings
  • No call responsibilities
  • Epic EHR

  • The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $115,000 - $120,000, depending upon the applicants qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a sign-on bonus and relocation bonus equaling a total target cash compensation that may be between $115,000 - $150,000.

    • Qualifications :

  • Graduate of an approved school for Nurse Practitioners OR Physician Assistants-Masters Degree
  • Licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Illinois
  • Minimum of 2 years of nephrology or internal medicine experience
