Compensation :

$21.00 - $24.00 per hour

Schedule :

Monday - Friday, 12 : 00pm - 4 : 00pm

Location :

34 Industrial Way East, Eatontown, NJ 07724

Requirements :

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide exceptional customer service to both internal teams and external clients.
• Dispatch contracted delivery drivers promptly based on customer requests.
• Accurately input data into SDS systems to ensure data integrity and generate reliable reports for both internal and customer use.
• Consistently meet or exceed established service levels and performance expectations.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with customers, Dispatch Manager, and drivers in the field.
• Perform other related tasks assigned by the Dispatch Manager.
