Salary : $50,000 - $60,000 / year, depending on experience

DEM Elevating Equipment is a family-owned and operated elevator manufacturing company that has been a trusted name in the industry for nearly three decades. We take pride in offering a comprehensive product lineup that makes us a one-stop shop for elevator parts and components. As we continue to grow, were seeking a talented 3D Drafter to join our innovative Engineering Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create detailed 3D shop fabrication drawings for custom elevator systems.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers and team members to refine and validate designs.
  • Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and company specifications.
  • Perform thorough quality checks for accuracy and completeness.
  • Support the engineering team with custom drawings as project needs arise.
  • Maintain project timelines and ensure on-time delivery of drafting tasks.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required.
  • SolidWorks experience required.
  • AutoCAD experience a plus.
  • Additional training or certifications in drafting or related fields preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Strong understanding of technical drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Dependable, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
