A company is looking for a VP, Global Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities :
Drive the creation and execution of the Global Customer Success Strategic Plan
Establish scalable processes and governance to improve performance across global teams
Deliver on objectives related to revenue retention and expansion through analytics
Required Qualifications :
Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience in technology or cloud services
At least 5 years at the Director level or above overseeing global operations or customer success
Bachelor's degree preferred in engineering, IT, or business management, or equivalent experience
Demonstrated experience in operational optimization and customer-centric growth initiatives
Strong financial management skills, including cost optimization and P&L accountability
