We're Hiring : Comfort Advisor (HVAC Sales)

Company : Johnson Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing

Location : Franklin, Indiana (On-Site)

Schedule : Monday Friday, 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM

Pay : Commission-Based (Unlimited Earning Potential!) + Full Benefits

Training : We'll teach you everything you need to know!

What You'll Do :

  • Sell HVAC systems and services to customers, matching them with the perfect solutions.
  • Educate customers on energy savings, system options, and comfort solutions.
  • Build relationships and create repeat business with excellent customer service.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals, earning commissions based on your performance.
