Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for the 2025-2026 school year in Hot Springs Village, Arkansas, supporting junior and high school students in grades 9 through 12. This itinerant position offers the opportunity to work within a K-12 setting during standard school hours, 7 : 30 a.m. to 3 : 30 p.m., Monday through Friday, from August 12th to May 22nd.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide speech-language therapy and assessments for an estimated caseload of approximately 45 students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language disorders.
- Collaborate with school staff, families, and other professionals to support student communication goals.
- Maintain accurate reports, documentation, and progress notes in compliance with school district and state requirements.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
Qualifications and Experience :
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC).Experience working with adolescents in a school-based setting preferred.Strong skills in speech and language assessment, intervention techniques, and documentation.Ability to manage a diverse caseload and work independently as well as collaboratively.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Location : Hot Springs Village, Arkansas
