We are currently seeking a passionate individual with daycare or preschool experience to join our team as a Preschool Center Director.

As a Preschool Center Director at The Learning Experience, You Will :
Lead by example, displaying passion for making a positive impact on the lives of children and employees. Create an environment of trust, rapport, and inclusivity, easily connecting with diverse groups of people.Ensure that the physical center environment adheres to health and safety standard operating procedures, maintaining full compliance with local and state licensing regulations.Build and maintain a highly qualified staff by actively sourcing / hiring, training, coaching, and engaging with current and prospective employees.Guide our teachers in implementing our proprietary curriculum, leveraging your passion for learning. Staff training activities.Drive consistent business results, measured through family retention and conversion, enrollment growth, and efficient business operations. Manage accounts receivable and payable, generate monthly P&L reports, and oversee employee payroll.Engage prospective families through both in-person and virtual center tours, effectively showcasing the benefits of our program. Organize and execute community marketing events to raise awareness and drive enrollment.Manage all licensing requirements diligently, ensuring compliance in classrooms and school files.Cultivate strong relationships with staff and families, fostering trust and engagement.Conduct center tours and engage with new families warmly - during in person visits as well as through emails.Conduct regular, timely reviews and classroom observations.Engage in marketing efforts as needed, community outreach, community events, flyers, etc.Apply Now If You :
Have more than 5 years of center leadership / management experience (highly preferred) or at least 3 years of center leadership / management experience (required).Possess the state-specific Administrative or Director credential, as well as any other state-specific guidelines or CDA training and 40-hour director training for the role (required).Hold a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field (preferred).Demonstrate strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.Are willing to run through a background check as a licensing requirement, usually starts after getting the offer.We value your experience in daycare or preschool settings and encourage you to apply.
