A company is looking for a Customer Experience Privacy and Complaints Associate.
Key Responsibilities
Handle and process data privacy deletion requests in compliance with laws and policies
Respond to high-risk customer complaints and coordinate with internal departments for resolution
Develop best practices to enhance customer experience and minimize recurring issues
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or complaint resolution
Familiarity with data protection regulations such as GDPR and CCPA
Experience in compliance or legal settings is highly desirable
Proficiency with ServiceNow or other ticketing systems, and Microsoft Office
Must be at least 21 years of age due to licensing requirements
