Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Long Term Care Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at GSS NE Bloomfield . This is a full-time position with 12-hour day shifts from 6 AM to 6 PM . You will be required to work every other weekend and holiday.

Your Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes / planning, implementation, and evaluation) to provide individualized care to residents.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Demonstrate competency and practice within the full scope of nursing expertise.
• Coordinate care, conduct resident assessments, and provide education and various nursing interventions.
• May serve as charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel while ensuring safe and reliable care.
• Adhere to the Nurse Practice Act and the Code of Ethics for Nurses.
