Provide administrative support to the Solutions (Product) Development team, including author relations, resource licensing, and project management.
Support the development and distribution of new resources and the refresh of current resources as directed by the Solutions Development Director.
Organize the Resource Review Committee monthly meetings where proposed resources are considered for publishing.
Research and follow through on Rights and Permissions requests. Maintain our guidelines on how to secure, manage, and license intellectual property rights.
Communicate with and track the workload of our intellectual property law firm.
Initiate, record and manage copyright and trademark applications and records.
Draft, review and send author agreements for the Solutions Development Director.
Business degree or equivalent.
2 - 3 years administrative experience preferred.
Legal background or knowledge is helpful.
Working knowledge of copyright / trademark law is helpful.
PC Skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
Word processing.
Good writing and communication skills.
General office skills.
Customer service skills.
