RN – L&D / Float Med Surg – McCook, NE | Night Shift

Talented Medical Solutions is actively seeking a versatile and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide care across Labor & Delivery and Med Surg units in McCook, Nebraska. This opportunity is ideal for adaptable nurses who thrive in fast-paced environments and are confident floating between departments as needed.

Position Overview :

Location : McCook, NE

Shift : Night Shift

Schedule : Full-time, includes rotating weekends and holidays

Start Date : ASAP

EMR System : Facility-specific system

Qualifications :

Valid Nebraska RN License or Compact License

BLS, ACLS, NRP Certifications required (AWHONN Intermediate or Advanced preferred)

At least 2 years of recent experience in both L&D and Med Surg

Strong clinical judgment and flexibility across multiple units

Effective communication and patient-centered care skills
