Job Title : Staff Product Test Engineer

Role

As a Product and Test Engineer , you will lead the development and implementation of test solutions for high-speed and mixed-signal ICs. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to validate designs, improve yield, and ensure quality from post-design through manufacturing release. This role combines hands-on hardware and software development with deep technical analysis and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead product and test development for high-speed and mixed-signal ICs.
• Develop test solutions for design validation and mass production using ATE platforms.
• Perform device characterization, reliability qualification, and statistical analysis.
• Design and implement hardware / software for stress testing and product qualification.
• Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to improve yield and reduce costs.
• Interface with customers on quality assurance and technical support.
• Work with a variety of analog / mixed-signal components including MCUs, RF, ADCs / DACs, PLLs, and DC-DC converters.
• Meet project schedules for prototype evaluation, qualification, and production release.
