Overview
Our leading healthcare client is seeking an experienced SOA Developer to design and build enterprise integration frameworks and data API architectures supporting mission-critical healthcare systems. This role plays a key part in developing scalable, secure, and high-performance service-oriented solutions across business applications.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop SOA integration and API architecture aligned with enterprise data management standards.
- Build and manage Data API frameworks to support master data, event-driven, and batch processing models.
- Develop and support SOAP, REST, and Microservice-based integrations using Oracle SOA Suite (ESB, BPEL, SOA, BAM) and / or Informatica IICS / IDMC
- Collaborate with business, application, and infrastructure teams to integrate IT solutions into a unified enterprise framework.
- Configure and manage AWS API Gateway , ensuring security, performance optimization, and seamless integration with other systems.
- Support L2 / L3 production environments , debugging integration issues, and ensuring system reliability.
- Create and maintain architecture roadmaps, governance, and process documentation to drive standardization across the organization.
- 5+ years of experience designing and implementing data applications and integrations using Java, PL / SQL , or SQL Server
- Proven experience developing SOA, REST, and Microservice architectures with Oracle SOA Suite and Informatica Cloud
- Expertise in AWS API Gateway configuration, management, and optimization.
- Strong understanding of canonical data modeling MDM frameworks , and cloud integration patterns
- Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in healthcare domain projects.Bilingual proficiency in any of L.A. Care Health Plan's threshold languages (Spanish, Chinese, Armenian, Arabic, Farsi, Korean, Russian, Tagalog, Vietnamese) is a plus.Requirements and Environment
