Overview Position Overview : We’re seeking a detailed‑oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing team across a variety of channels - advertising, paid media, partner marketing, email marketing, marketing automation, and more. You’ll play a key role in quality control, proofing, and data aggregation, helping to ensure every campaign is accurate, on schedule, and optimized for performance. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience with affiliate marketing, client management, funnel optimization, online sales, newsletter marketing, and high‑volume email campaigns in a fast‑paced digital agency environment.
Responsibilities Campaign Management & QA :
Own project timelines and deliverables, ensuring all promotions go live on schedule.
Review creatives, landing pages, and emails for accuracy (offers, pricing, content, branding).
Perform quality assurance checks on every asset before launch.
Data & Reporting :
Aggregate campaign performance metrics from multiple sources into clear, actionable Google Sheets reports.
Build and maintain formulas, pivot tables, and dashboards to track ROI and efficiency.
Generate, distribute, and monitor campaign tracking links for both client and partner initiatives.
Administrative Support :
Assist with client and partner invoicing related to marketing activities.
Coordinate routine status updates, meeting outcomes, and deliverables with Marketing Managers.
Help with ad hoc tasks and special projects as needed.
Skills & Qualifications Organizational Excellence :
Highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and shifting priorities under tight deadlines.
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to error‑free work.
Technical Proficiency :
Advanced skills in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel (formulas, data aggregation, pivot tables).
Working knowledge of digital marketing platforms (ad networks, email service providers, automation tools).
Comfortable generating and managing UTM / tracking links.
Marketing Savvy :
Interest in digital marketing and sales principles, with a curiosity to learn and grow.
Strong proofreading skills - able to spot inconsistencies in copy, data, and design.
Bonus Experience :
Familiarity with WordPress and / or Leadpages.
Basic understanding of HTML / CSS.
Location & Culture This is a remote role and most of our team is based out of Orlando FL
