  • $14.00 - $16.00 Per Hour
  • This Position is Full-Time
  • Shop hours are Monday -Friday from 9 AM to 8 PM
  • Alternating Saturdays!

Performance Paint and Dent is a fast-paced used vehicle recon shop located off I-275 on Route 4 in Fairfield, OH. This position offers a challenging yet rewarding career with opportunities for professional growth in a supportive work environment.

    • Requirements : Responsibilities :

  • Perform final finish / detail on deliveries, including cleaning windows, cleaning upholstery, polishing, waxing etc....
  • Use of high-speed buffers and polishers to properly detail the exterior surfaces
  • Car washing, steam cleaning and deodorizing interiors and applying protective agents to interior and exterior surfaces
  • Removing dust, grease and oil from exterior surfaces
  • Knowledge of proper products for safe detailing of vehicles including but not limited to cleaners for various surfaces, degreasers, and waxes
  • Promote a positive work attitude - exceed customer expectations

    • Qualifications :

  • Able to work independently or within a team
  • Ability to follow directions
  • Always practice work safety
  • Must be coachable
  • Timely completion of work
  • Driver's license with a driving record that will allow you to drive customers and company vehicles.
