Expert Level Requirements Engineer

Responsibilities

We're looking for an Expert Systems Engineer to join our high-impact Requirements team. In this role, you'll help lead multi-disciplinary engineering efforts to support national security by ensuring timely and accurate GEOINT across the National System for Geospatial-Intelligence (NSG) Allied System for Geospatial-Intelligence (ASG) , and Federal Agencies

What You'll Do :

• Support and guide efforts in requirements engineering solutions development systems integration scheduling resiliency test and evaluation , and maintainability analysis
• Advise the Government on technical decisions and improvements using your expertise in system requirements and evolving technologies.
• Translate complex mission and customer needs into actionable system requirements and technical solutions.
• Contribute to the planning and traceability of user needs, architectures, and processes-enhancing current systems and evaluating cloud service capabilities and limitations.
• Perform key integration and architecture analyses that shape future capabilities and system interoperability.
• Lead or support Analysis of Alternatives (AoAs) Courses of Action (CoAs) trade studies , and engineering assessments
• Provide strategic technical input across project management performance engineering risk analysis , and interface design
• Coordinate cross-agency systems integration at the highest levels-across organizations, departments, and national systems.
• Supervise and mentor systems engineers at all levels, ensuring project success through collaboration and technical excellence.

Target Salary Range

$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
