Job Description :

The Mitigation Manager plays a pivotal role within our organization, overseeing a dedicated team responsible for handling every aspect of water damage restoration projects in our 24 / 7 operation. The department’s operation includes job intake with homeowners, in-home estimating, sales, and on-site technicians performing equipment setup and light demolition, all aimed at delivering efficient and high-quality restoration services.

Key Responsibilities :

• Team Leadership : Provide leadership and career development to a team of hardworking individuals. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment.
• Department Management : Supervise and guide a multifaceted team of mitigation professionals, including job intake, estimators, sales, and technicians. Ensure teams are prepared and ready to manage their jobs daily.
• Customer Satisfaction : Maintain a customer-centric focus throughout the mitigation process. Address customer concerns and provide regular updates to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
• Budget Control : Effectively allocate resources, including equipment, materials, and personnel, to optimize project performance in a 24 / 7 operation. Monitor inventory of equipment and supplies.
• Quality Assurance : Ensure adherence to the IICRC’s applicable standards and company policies in all mitigation projects. Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to maintain excellence in service delivery.
• Estimating and Sales : Coach in-home estimating and sales professionals to secure projects. Support the development of accurate project estimates.
• Compliance and Reporting : Stay updated on local, state, and federal regulations relevant to water restoration. Ensure all projects adhere to environmental and safety regulations. Ensure the team maintains comprehensive project records in DASH.
• On-Call Responsibilities : You are managing a 24 / 7 Emergency Response Team. With this, you may be involved in responses to employees and / or customers after your normal business hours as needed.
• Safety : Enforce safety protocols and standards to maintain a safe working environment for all team members and subcontractors.
