Job Summary :
Medical City Plano is seeking a collaborative and experienced Obgyn to serve as the Site Director of OB Hospitalists. This is an exceptional leadership opportunity for a physician who values clinical excellence, team development, and compassionate care in a hospital-based setting.
Qualified Candidates :
- The Site Director plays a key dual role—leading a dedicated OB Hospitalist team while helping ensure the program meets both clinical and operational goals
- Site Director collaborates with the Regional Medical Director
- Collaborates closely with hospital leadership and medical teams to support exceptional outcomes for patients and providers
- Builds strong relationships with nurses, physicians, and administration
- Collaborates with Hospital and Division Leadership to support program financial performance
Qualified Candidates :
Board certification requiredTexas medical license or ability to obtainStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead through influence and communicationAt least two years of clinical experience preferred, with leadership experience a plusIncentive / Benefits Package :
