Key Responsibilities
Manage contracts operations and draft custom terms and conditions
Conduct order auditing and reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Develop strong relationships with stakeholders and advise on deal structure
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in Deal Desk / Sales Operations within the Cloud Software industry
Proficient with CRM platforms and the quote to order process
Experience with complex deals and strong writing skills for custom terms
Ability to work autonomously with a global team and adapt to rapid changes
Strong documentation skills for Standard Operating Procedures
