Health Saviours is seeking a travel nurse RN Psychiatric for a travel nursing job in Woodsville, New Hampshire.

Shift : 12-hour Days (7 : 00am-7 : 00pm)

Requirements

Experience : Minimum 1+ years

Certifications :

Basic Life Support (BLS) – Required

Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) – Preferred

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to patients with behavioral health and psychiatric disorders in accordance with established nursing standards and facility policies.

Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, monitor behavioral changes, and document patient progress accurately.

Administer prescribed medications and treatments, monitoring for therapeutic and adverse effects.

Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians, therapists, and other members of the multidisciplinary team.

Support patients in managing symptoms through therapeutic communication, crisis intervention, and de-escalation techniques.

Participate in treatment team meetings, contributing to ongoing evaluation and adjustment of care strategies.

Respond promptly to psychiatric and medical emergencies, ensuring appropriate interventions and documentation.
