Leading and developing a high-performing warehouse team to deliver exceptional service. Ensuring accuracy and efficiency in order processing and inventory management. Managing budgets, financial records, and warehouse performance metrics. Upholding safety standards and compliance with regulations. Collaborating with customers and internal teams to optimize operations. Expertise in warehouse distribution, including shipping, receiving, forklift operations, and OTIF performance. Strong leadership and team development skills. Excellent communication and time management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems. Experience in SAP is preferred. A results-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze performance and drive improvements. Ability to lift 1020 lbs. and carry 510 lbs. Frequent standing and walking in a warehouse setting. Education & Experience : A 24 year degree in a related field and / or at least 5 years of leadership experience in a warehouse setting.
Skills & Qualifications :
This position directly supervises the CDL Drivers, Customer Service Representatives, Warehouse Associates, and Forklift Operators.
Minimal travel is expected for this position. Work Environment & Physical Demands :
