• High Compensation : Base salary $150,000 - $200,000 + 20% bonus, 3% 401(k) contribution, equity through ESOP, generous PTO, hybrid flexibility, and robust healthcare benefits.

Your Focus :

You'll serve as the operational and executive leader for a 20-person division that delivers a range of specialized services, including Arc Flash Studies and Compliance Services, Electrical Safety Training in accordance with NFPA 70E, Engineering and Design, as well as Field Services and Data Collection.
