Building Attendant II

Provide custodial services for Applied Research Laboratories.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sweep, mop, dust and scrub tile work and floors, stairways, hallways, restrooms, offices and labs.
• Wax and polish floors.
• Cleaning up after lab events.
• Move furniture and equipment.
• Other related functions as assigned.

Required Qualifications

US Citizen. Applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information at the level appropriate to the project requirements of the position.

Salary Range

$38,480-$39,000+ / negotiable depending on qualifications.

Applicant selected MUST be able to work 4 : 00 pm - 12 : 30 am.
