Clinic Assistant
The Clinic Assistant is responsible for assisting the Clinical Research Coordinators (CRCs) in clinic and the Lab Supervisor in the lab. Clinic responsibilities include preparing lab draw kits, assisting in requesting medical records and clinic stocking. Must have the ability to communicate well across a wide variety of people and complete tasks within short deadlines.

Duties Include but are not limited to :
Assist with lab responsibilities such as :
Stock clinic supplies
Perform FibroScans
Create Source Binders
Create Screen Fail packets
Create ET or EOT Binders
Schedule off-site appointments
Perform Records Requests and Redaction
Assist CRC to prep for Monitor visits
Assist CRC to prep Source documents
Assist with filing documents in Subject chart
Travel to other sites to assist in Clinic and Lab
Attend Clinic Assistant Meetings
Additional duties / responsibilities may be assigned as needed
Ability and willingness to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent communication skills and a high degree of professionalism with all types of people
Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
Critical thinker
Problem solver, contribute to team goals; maintain a positive attitude under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
High School Diploma
Additional higher education preferred
Healthcare experience desired
Clinical research experience (1 year preferred)
Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred
