Job Title : Property Care Field Assistant

Job Description :

The Property Care Field Assistant is responsible for ensuring our vacation rental properties are maintained to the highest standards. This hybrid role combines housekeeping, and property inspections, to prepare properties before guest check-ins and after check-outs.

Responsibilities :

• Perform thorough cleaning of properties, including all rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces.
• Conduct pre- and post-stay inspections to identify and address cleanliness or maintenance issues.
• Ensure all amenities and supplies are stocked and in excellent condition.
• Communicate property conditions, maintenance needs, and guest-related concerns to management.

Qualifications :

Able to work weekends and holidays as needed during peak periods

Work Schedule :

Office Days : 1 day per week

Field Days : 3 days per week (property inspections, on-site training, quality assurance)

This position plays a vital role in ensuring our properties are guest-ready and well-maintained.

Friday - Monday 8 am - 5 pm
