Position : Maintenance Technician

Location : Rivers Edge - Dayton, OH

Scheduled Hours : Monday through Friday, 8 : 30am - 5pm, with an on-call rotation (servicing multiple locations)

Pay Rate : $25 - $27 / hour (based on experience and qualifications), plus commissions and incentives

If you’re a hands-on problem solver who enjoys variety and takes pride in delivering excellent service, this role will put your skills to work every day.

  • 1+ year of experience in multi-family residential maintenance
  • Experienced Turnover Technician – versed in all aspects of apartment turns and servicing
  • Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, and grounds
  • HVAC experience required
  • Strong customer service skills with a cheerful outlook when assisting residents
  • Ability to work independently while staying efficient and thorough
  • Basic computer and smartphone skills
  • Must have basic hand tools, valid driver’s license, reliable truck / van, and auto-insurance
  • Willing to complete a drug and background check if offered the position

  • Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, locks / keys, HVAC, pool care, and groundskeeping tasks
  • Handle apartment turnovers, preparing homes for new residents
  • Complete work orders quickly and with high-quality results
  • Address emergencies as situations arise or while on-call (on-call rotation generally every 4-5 weeks, servicing multiple locations)
