As a Community-Based Clinician, you will deliver in-home, community-based, and virtual therapy services to youth and families referred by DCF. Our approach is family-centered, strengths-based, trauma-informed, and goal-oriented - helping families achieve positive, lasting change.
What You'll Do :
- Provide therapy to children, youth, and families using strengths-based, goal-focused techniques.
- Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with DCF and community partners to support family success.
- Engage in ongoing supervision and professional development
