Responsibilities

The Marketing Operations Specialist executes day-to-day marketing operations tasks with precision and attention to detail. This role ensures that property websites, listings, integrations, and lead tracking systems are up-to-date and functioning correctly. The Specialist is responsible for ticket resolution, platform updates, and supporting the Manager with transition tasks and tool implementations. Job responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following :

Own and respond to Marketing Support tickets

Assist in completing transition items outlined in smartsheets

Assist in completing closeout items outlined in smartsheets

Assist in completing new construction items outlined in smartsheets

Social Media Management

Domain Management

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of various property management systems, lead management platforms, AI leasing tools and ILS feeds.

Working knowledge of integration errors and best practices for troubleshooting.

Mastery of lead management workflow and implementation.

Experience with business listings and social media account management.

Experience with in-depth integrations and problem solving with the ability to think strategically and be execution oriented.

An entrepreneurial spirit with the desire to work hands-on in a performance based, fast-paced environment.
