OSP Engineering Project Manager

A company is looking for an OSP Engineering Project Manager who will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of telecom fiber design initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end delivery of OSP fiber engineering projects from NTP through permitting and design closeout

Oversee project schedules and milestones to ensure timely submissions and design reviews

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth design handoffs and supervise engineering teams

Required Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years' experience in OSP fiber engineering project management

In-depth understanding of the engineering lifecycle from NTP to permit-ready packages

Ability to manage multiple design projects across diverse geographies

Familiarity with engineering tools such as Smartsheet, Google Earth, Excel, and KMZ files

A valid Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred
