Responsibilities

  • Supervises operations staff's daily use of various applications for back end account maintenance and servicing.
  • Ensures prompt, exemplary service is provided to Bank internal and external customers and all correspondence is complete, accurate and professional.
  • Evaluates, recommends and implements changes to work processes to increase department efficiency.
  • Maintains current procedures and coordinates information and changes with the appropriate Bank personnel and customers.
  • Monitors customer service, develops and trains personnel and maintains employee work schedules to maximize customer service and workflow efficiency.
  • Maintains knowledge of developing trends, methods and techniques in the industry and ensures the bank adheres to applicable state and federal regulatory compliance guidelines.
  • Communicates clearly across all levels of the organization with appropriate message, tone, and medium.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of people management required
  • College degree preferred
  • 5+ years experience with each : ACH Transfers, Monetary Instruments, General Ledgers, Wire Transfers or applicable back office administration in a financial institution
  • Proficiency in the use of PC software tools for reports, audits, and analysis, including knowledge of automated wire transfer software, Fiserv products and Cash Management software.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to establish positive working relationships and collaboration across the organization.
  • Proven skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment to ensure that deadlines are met.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
