We are seeking for a skilled technician to join our team! As an HVAC installer / technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties. A candidate that is ideal will have a strong technical background in HVAC systems, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality service for our clients.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Ability to install new heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems according to specification.
  • To perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Willing to learn diagnose and repair HVAC system malfunctions
  • Test HVAC systems to ensure proper operation and compliance with regulations.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
  • Keep accurate records of work performed and material used
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in the HVAC technology.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • EPA Certification for handling refrigerants (Preferred)
  • Proven experience as an HVAC technician with at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of HVAC systems and components
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Any additional certifications or license related to HVAC systems.
  • Experience with smart HVAC technology and controls
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations
