Constrafor is looking for an experienced Controller that will lead all aspects of the accounting operations and build the foundation for a robust accounting function. We're looking for a collaborative leader with a proven track record of managing scalable accounting organization in a fast growing company.

What You'll Do :

• Responsible for managing accounting records
• Managing the accumulation and consolidation of all financial data necessary for an accurate accounting of consolidated business results.
• Assessing current accounting operations, offering recommendations for improvement and implementing new processes.
• Comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
• Support CEO to develop budgets, forecasts, and other financial analyses as needed.
• Build and manage processes to ensure compliance with auditing requirements and standards.
• Own the monthly financial statements closing process and implement the required processes and improvements to achieve agile and efficient close process and accurate reporting.
