We are looking for a Digital CX / UX Designer to join BrokerLink and work hybrid out of our Toronto, ON office, on a Permanent FT Basis.

The Digital CX / UX Designer is responsible for designing intuitive, customer-focused digital experiences that make it easy for clients to explore, purchase, and manage their insurance products online. In this role, you will use user research, data insights, and design best practices to create seamless interactions across quoting tools, policy management portals, and claims submission platforms. You will work closely with product managers, developers, marketing teams, and brokers to ensure every digital touchpoint is accessible, responsive, and aligned with regulatory requirements and brand standards.
