- Participate in nursing development aligned with facility philosophy and standards\n
- Plan, provide, and evaluate patient care through quality nursing assessments\n
- Document observations, treatments, interventions, and patient responses per policy\n
- Assign patient observation rounds and duties for each shift; ensure staff compliance and completion\n
- Review patient observation round sheets for accuracy and completeness twice per shift\n
- Serve as a leader and role model for patients and hospital staff; maintain therapeutic milieu\nShift Information\n
- 7 am – 7 pm with every other weekend rotation\n
- Must be able to report for shift at start of report (15 minutes prior)\nQualifications\n
- Current license to practice nursing in the State of Delaware (or eligible to receive or renew)\n
