Our client is a high-growth tech innovator delivering cutting-edge enterprise software solutions to clients internationally! They have partnered with CFS to onboard a Billing Analyst to join their growing team.

As a Billing Analyst, you'll enhance customer billing experiences, coordinate across teams, resolve billing issues, and optimize processes using NetSuite, Oracle, Excel, and Salesforce.

Role : Billing Analyst

Location : Norwalk, CT

Compensation : $55-65K

Work Modality : 100% in-office

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY :

Billing Operations & Process Ownership

  • Manage invoicing audit, reconciliation, and payment collection
  • Resolve complex billing issues and analyze root causes
  • Serve as point of contact for internal / external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Support, and Finance

System Expertise

  • Reconcile quotes, contracts, and subscriptions with billing records
  • Analyze billing data and trends to improve efficiency

    • Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Ensure smooth billing processes across departments
  • Foster accountability and alignment with company standards
  • Provide strategic guidance on billing-related issues

    • QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Experience as a Billing Analyst or Revenue Specialist
  • NetSuite and Salesforce expertise
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills - including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • NetSuite and Salesforce experience
  • Strong attention to detail
