As a Billing Analyst, you'll enhance customer billing experiences, coordinate across teams, resolve billing issues, and optimize processes using NetSuite, Oracle, Excel, and Salesforce.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY :
Billing Operations & Process Ownership
- Manage invoicing audit, reconciliation, and payment collection
- Resolve complex billing issues and analyze root causes
- Serve as point of contact for internal / external stakeholders
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Support, and Finance
System Expertise
Reconcile quotes, contracts, and subscriptions with billing recordsAnalyze billing data and trends to improve efficiencyCross-Functional Collaboration
Ensure smooth billing processes across departmentsFoster accountability and alignment with company standardsProvide strategic guidance on billing-related issuesQUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldExperience as a Billing Analyst or Revenue SpecialistNetSuite and Salesforce expertiseStrong analytical and Excel skills - including pivot tables and VLOOKUPsExcellent communication abilitiesNetSuite and Salesforce experienceStrong attention to detail
