Roles & Responsibilities :
Draft pleadings and legal documents accurately and efficiently.
Respond to and propound discovery, managing all related processes.
Take and defend depositions as required in litigation cases.
Conduct legal research and prepare motions for court proceedings.
Make appearances in court and support clients throughout litigation.
Qualifications :
2+ years of litigation experience in civil law matters.
Strong knowledge of personal injury, family, business, real estate, and commercial litigation.
Proficiency in drafting pleadings and managing discovery processes.
Experience in taking / defending depositions and motion practice.
Excellent legal research, writing, and courtroom skills.
