2nd Shift Supervisor - Full-Time | Direct Hire

Location : Fortville, IN 46040

Schedule : Monday–Thursday, 2 : 00 PM – Midnight

Job Summary

We’re hiring a 2nd Shift Supervisor to oversee production in a flexible packaging manufacturing environment. This role requires hands-on leadership, technical knowledge of packaging processes and equipment, and a strong focus on employee development . Bilingual English / Spanish speaking candidate's skills highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise 2nd shift production team to meet goals for quality, efficiency, and safety

Coach, mentor, and support employees to promote growth and engagement

Oversee daily production operations and resolve issues quickly

Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper training

Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste

Maintain accurate shift records and reports

Requirements

3+ years supervisory experience in flexible packaging or related manufacturing

Strong knowledge of packaging processes, equipment, and materials

Proven team leadership and employee development skills

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with production software and Microsoft Office

Bilingual English / Spanish speaking skills highly preferred
