Strategy and Operations Associate

A company is looking for a Strategy & Operations Associate / Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and synthesize data to uncover business drivers and trends

Identify inefficiencies in processes and design improvements for operational effectiveness

Lead or support cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with company goals

Required Qualifications

2-3+ years of experience in an analytical role, such as management consulting or business intelligence

Proficiency in data analysis tools, particularly Excel; experience with SQL and BI tools is desirable

Strong project management abilities to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and independent problem-solving

Intellectually curious, with a desire to learn about the business and challenge the status quo
